A Vision for Progress and Empowerment
Usama Dairies Training and Research Institute, By the grace of Allah Almighty has successfully completed its first 3 Years of community services while serving the underprivileged population of Pakistan. Pakistan entangled by various social, economic, religious, security and injustices requires unity among its inhabitants aimed at inculcating a sense of productive citizenship and social upliftment of marginalized communities. Usama Dairies Training and Research Institute has been successfully impacting the lives of communities living since ages with disadvantaged socio economic conditions and deprived environment through direct services delivery as well as advocacy for their civic rights. Through contributing towards national development since inception in 2018, Usama Dairies Training and Research Institute envisaged to adopt holistic approach of community development
encompassing issues related to Livestock ,agriculture and livelihood. It is imperative to develop the capacity of human resources to generate, mobilize and utilize the resources effectively and sustain the change.
Usama Dairies Training and Research Institute has also been effectively engaged in imparting training to small holders and female farmers in Khanewal on Livestock and dairy development , Artificial insemination, Agricultural development creating gender sensitivity at all strata.
Usama Dairies Training and Research Institute strongly believes in protecting and safeguarding social norms, religious thoughts and cultural values while executing development interventions in the diversified communities.
I would like to sincerely thank all the colleagues and stakeholders, volunteers, well-wishers, philanthropists and International aid for helping us financially and morally in our achievements.
